You are responsible for reviewing the operator, customer or service number, customer mobile number where applicable, amount and other details before confirming a transaction.

ACCOUNT SECURITY

Do not share passwords or authentication information. Notify ECTOPAY promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Services may be changed, suspended or unavailable because of maintenance, network conditions, operator availability, technical faults or regulatory requirements.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, submit false payment information, or use the platform for unlawful activity.
